How it works

Each Kept & Co. product is made to order once you approve your artwork. Your order is produced by our print partner (currently MWW On Demand, in Germany) and shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout — it doesn't pass through us physically.

Production and delivery times

Production typically takes 3–10 business days after your order, and delivery a further 5–8 business days depending on your location within the EU. We'll show an estimated delivery window at checkout and confirm it by email once your order ships, with tracking where available.

Where we ship

We currently ship to EU countries. UK and US shipping may be added later — if so, this page will be updated with any additional customs or import information that applies.

Prices and VAT

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay, and product prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the rate that applies to your delivery destination.

If your order arrives damaged or wrong

Please see our Returns & Guarantee policy — you're covered by a 2-year legal guarantee for anything that arrives damaged, defective, or not matching what you ordered.
